RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returned items. If there is a specific issue with an item, however, we are happy to help. Please contact us at [email protected] within 2 weeks of purchase date. Response time is less than 24 hours excluding weekends and some major holidays.

 

SHIPPING

At this time we only ship within the United States. All retail orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days, but may take longer at any given time, for any given reason.  We ship via USPS first class or priority mail which then typically takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States).

Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time for any reason.

Please note that at this time USPS will not deliver to Military Bases and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you place an order to one of these locations your order will be placed on an indefinite hold and you may be banned from future purchases at our sole discretion.

Once a package leaves our facility and/or makes it into the possession of the carrier, CannaAid is no longer liable for the status or location of your order.

Note that any attempt or request to cancel or chargeback an order after it is placed or shipped, or to try to coerce any type of specialized treatment or outcome based off the insinuation, as determined by CannaAid, in its sole discretion, that you may leave a less than favorably private or publicly given review, will be viewed as attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service, and we may, in our sole discretion, prevent you from ordering from any or all websites and retail locations operated by us or our affiliated companies. We also may, in our sole discretion, share your information with affiliated and non-affiliated companies, including retailers and online retailers and distributors as someone associated with a high fraud risk. We may post your information to be seen in a manner that may be accessible to the public. This may cause others to not sell to you or otherwise transact any form of business with you. This may also lead to others commenting on your interactions with CannaAid. You accept all of these potential outcomes as part of your request to cancel your order, seek a refund, or force an outcome on your order, as defined by CannaAid, in our sole discretion, at any given time now or in the future.

All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are not guaranteed a response. There is no right of privacy to anything you send to CannaAid customer service, whether written, telephoned, or communicated in any way.

CannaAid uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive a phone call or email from our customer service department. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent.

Based on the value of your order, CannaAid customer service department may reach out to you to verify additional information to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the order. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent.

What is Carbon Neutral Shipping?
Route is covering the cost to neutralize shipping emissions when you add “Green Package Protection” at checkout. “Green Package Protection” Shipping includes package protection at the same cost as before, with the additional benefit that your shipment is carbon neutral. By adding Green Package Protection to your cart, you’re automatically taking instant climate action – no donation required.

How does Green Package Protection/Carbon Neutral Shipping work?
Route has partnered with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Carbon credits represent a certified unit of carbon removal or avoidance delivered by environmental projects that can be purchased to naturally remove carbon from the air. Patch is a high-integrity carbon removal project that is vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve, and The American Carbon Registry.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download  Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.

In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.

Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.

When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

  • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
  • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

  • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
  • For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

  • Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.
